Accessible Seating

The venue is accessible for wheelchairs. A ramp gives access to the rink. Wheelchair users can book for any available session however there is a maximum of 5 wheelchairs per session. Wheelchair users must be accompanied by a responsible person, in skates, at all times when on the ice. The companion skater ticket is free. General Rules

Please arrive 10 minutes before booked session to allow for skate fitting. Cloakroom facility is not available. Skaters may use their own skates but organisers reserve the right not to allow a person to use their own skates if they decide that they are not suitable. There is no discount to the ticket price for use of your own skates. The rink can operate in nearly all weather conditions. Please bring suitable outdoor clothing; remember, ice is made from water, and you may get wet. This is an outdoor event and no refunds will be given due to inclement weather.

Children Rules

Minumum age is 4 years old. Children aged 4-7 must be accompanied onto the ice by adult (18 years old and above). Maximum of 5 children per adult. We recommend children aged 8-12 are accompanied by an adult (the adult need not be skating). Children over 16 must pay full price. Penguins to assist the aid of skating for children are available for a fee of £5. These can be prebooked.
