Where can my Gift Card be used?
The Ticketmaster Gift Card ("Gift Card") currently can be used as full or part payment in the purchase of all tickets and many of the associated services sold via Ticketmaster telephone lines and online.
Republic of Ireland - Gift Cards
These Ticketmaster Euro Gift Cards can be used in Ticketmaster Outlets in the Republic of Ireland and Online. They CAN NOT be redeemed in Ticketmaster Outlets in Northern Ireland, England, Scotland or Wales.
Northern Ireland - Gift Cards
These Sterling Ticketmaster Gift Cards can be used in Ticketmaster Outlets in Northern Ireland and now here online to redeem for events. They CAN NOT however be redeemed in Ticketmaster Outlets in the Republic of Ireland, England, Scotland or Wales.
eGift Cards CAN NOT be used or redeemed at Ticketmaster Outlets.

Do I need to activate the Gift Card?
Cards purchased by phone or online are automatically active at time of purchase for your convenience.
Cards purchased from retail outlets are activated at time of purchase.
If you have received a Gift Card from one of our corporate partners, your card will have already been activated for your convenience.

How do I check the balance on eGift / Gift Card
Check your Gift Card balance here online or by calling 0818 221 002. You must have your eGift / Gift Card number and PIN number available.
What happens if the Gift Card / eGift Card becomes lost or stolen
The Gift Card is not replaceable if lost or stolen. You should treat the e-money on your Card like cash in a wallet. If you lose your Card or it is stolen you may lose any e-money on it in just the same way as if you lost your wallet.
Should you misplace your e-Gift Card, please call 0818 221 002, however, you will be asked to provide proof of purchase.
Do Gift Cards have an Expiration date?
Ticketmaster Gift Cards expire one year after purchase.
