Standard Mail

Ticketmaster aims to post all tickets within 72 hours of booking, unless stated otherwise at the time of your booking. If you have a confirmation number for your order, your tickets are likely on their way. If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours of the event, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Ticketmaster only posts tickets to the billing address of a credit card. If the address in your booking does not correspond to that held by your credit card company we may cancel your tickets.

Irish and UK Mail Customers - If you have selected delivery through standard post, please allow 7- 10 days. Users from the UK are requested to select the Irish postage option.

Some types of tickets have posting restrictions, including:

International Mail Customers - If we can't post the tickets to you in time, delivery through the post will not be an option in the booking process, and international customers will be asked to pick up tickets at the box office.

If your address changes before we are able to post your tickets, please contact our Customer Services department immediately. In order to change your address details, we require written confirmation of your new address in the form of a photocopy of the card statement with your new address printed on it.
