Having spent the summer of 2007 in the sheltered confines of a recording studio Westlife are pleased to announce details of their forthcoming concert at Croke Park on Bank Holiday Sunday 1 June 2008 with very special guests.
Showcasing tracks from their new number 1 album "Back Home", the boys will also be performing 10 years of their greatest hits and favourite album tracks from their catalogue including Home, Flying Without Wings, Swear it Again, World of Our Own, Bop Bop Baby, Unbreakable, Hey Whatever, Amazing plus many more.
In nine years aboard they have sold 36 million records globally and been awarded twenty eight platinum discs. The band also picked up innumerable awards and appeared on hundreds of magazine covers around the world. They are the only recording artists to win the prestigious "Record of the Year" a staggering four times (other top awards include two Brits and an MTV Europe award). Their most recent release "The Love Album" was the biggest selling record of 2006 for label Sony BMG, with one million sales to date.
