Job Description

Position: Casual field tech support
Reporting to: IT Manager
Location: Ireland

Reporting to the IT Manager, the successful applicant will be part of the Technical Services team providing support to Ticketmaster technical staff and Company clients.

The position involves:

Deployment and Installation
---------------------------

. Installation of Cabling, Hardware and Software at remote sites
. Support of Ticketmaster product line including Access Manager, Archtics,PCI etc
. Working at Festivals pre and post event

Support and Maintenance
-----------------------

. Field support for Senior technical staff
. Other technical duties as appropriate and necessary
. Maintaining all equipment off-site

Qualifications/Experience:
--------------------------
. Working knowledge of MS Windows
. Previous technical experience would be advantageous
. A full clean driving licence is essential as this position involves frequent travelling at short notice around Ireland

. Professional appearance and attitude with good organisational skills
. Ability to work within a team environment or alone as required
. Able to use their own initiative
. Ability to remain positive and calm under pressure
. Flexible approach to working hours
