Box Office Collection Accepted

Tickets held for collection can be collected from the on-site box office up to 40 minutes before entry time. Please take the credit card used to make the booking and your Ticketmaster reference number with you.

Friend's members must present their valid membership card when collecting tickets.

Accessible Seating

The venue is fully DDA compliant. Front doors are not automatic, otherwise lifts to all floors and step-free access to the exhibition.

Attending carers will gain free access to the exhibition.
