Public Transportation
North Greenwich Arena sits on the point of the Greenwich peninsula, right on the Meridian Line. Also known as The O2, the venue is home to a sports and entertainment arena with shops, restaurants and more.

The North Greenwich Arena is easy to reach by London Underground and the London bus network as well as river services via the Thames Clipper. Please visit the Transport for London website: for more information about transport to the venue.

The North Greenwich Arena is located by North Greenwich station (for the O2) on the Jubilee line.

River services

Box Office Collection Accepted

Collection from the North Greenwich Arena main box office is on the day of the event from 2 hours before event doors opening time (see ticket for details). Purchasing credit card and Ticketmaster booking reference number are required for collection.

Letters of authorisation are not accepted for collections or duplicate ticket collections.

Accessible Seating

Wheelchair spaces must be booked in advance. If you have bought a non-wheelchair ticket but require a wheelchair space, please call the Ticketmaster special access phone number 0844 847 1655.

This event is general admission, so spectators may choose a seat that best suits their needs.

Parking spaces for Blue Badge holders are available adjacent to the pedestrian entrance/exit at each of the on-site car parks.

The North Greenwich Arena is easily accessible for wheelchair users and those with specific access requirements.

All buildings within the North Greenwich Arena are Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) compliant with wide entrances and a flat street running the length of Entertainment Avenue. Toilet blocks, lifts and other public areas are also designed for wheelchair use and The O2 Arena staff will provide assistance on request.

General Rules

There is no readmission once you have left the arena.

No food or drink is permitted to be brought into the Venue. A variety of food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be available for purchase inside.

The North Greenwich Arena is a no smoking venue.

Children Rules

Spectators of all ages will need to purchase a ticket and children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.


There are over twenty bars and restaurants within the complex on Entertainment Avenue offering a wide range of food and drink options. The bars and restaurants on Entertainment Avenue are open seven days a week.

There are also food and drink outlets within the North Greenwich Arena for those attending an event. Food or drink purchased outside is not permitted to be taken into the North Greenwich Arena.
