Signed to Dirty Hit, the record company that's home to the likes of The 1975 and Pale Waves, Beabadoobee (real name: Bea Kristi) was first discovered when one her original song "Coffee" went viral on YouTube.

While her music's inspired by lo-fi artists like Alex G, she also cites The Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel, Elliott Smith, and Daniel Johnston as big influences.

In 2019, NME called her one of their essential artists. She's listed on the BBC's Sound Of 2020 and nominated for the BRIT Award's Rising Star accolade. Beabadoobee recenlty revealed details of her Fake It Flowers full-length album, due to be released in October 2020.
