There is no parking available at, or near to the event. Visitors are strongly advised to use public transport – Gunnersbury and Turnham Green stations offer the most direct route; approximately a fifteen minute walk from the event entrance. Turnham Green: When you exit Turnham Green station turn left. At the first pedestrian crossing cross the road and follow signs to the festival! Gunnersbury: When you come out the the station take the exit on the right which will lead you to a fairly narrow pathway that comes out on Grange Road, then just follow signs to the festival!

Box Office Numbers
Please note the box office will only accept Card Payments (Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard) for the Magical Lantern Festival. There will be no Cash taken at the box office.

For the Magical Lantern Festival events the box office will open from 16:00 until 20:45 on performance days only.
Box Office Collection Accepted
In order to collect the card holder must present the card used to book along with their Ticketmaster booking confirmation number.

For Magical Lantern Festival events: The route is accessible to wheelchairs and pushchairs, assistance dogs will be welcomed but no other dogs will be permitted on site Visitors with Disabled Access Concession Tickets will be able to use the drop off facility in the A4 public car park at the entrance to the venue, postcode W4 2QN. Magical Lantern Festival cannot guarantee the availability of parking spaces for Blue Badge holders in the public car park as spaces are allocated on arrival.
For Magical Lantern Festival events: Please arrive 15 minutes before your chosen entry time. The Magical Lantern Festival is an outdoor event, visitors will follow a 75 minute route around Chiswick House Gardens. Dress for an evening outdoors in the winter. Visitors are advised to wear warm clothing and suitable footwear. There are no cloakroom facilities at the venue, so visitors will not be able to store bags or large items. Scooters, skates and bicycles are not permitted on site.
For Magical Lantern Festival events: Children aged 3 years old and under go free and do not require a ticket. Discounts available for children 4-16 years old. All children must be accompanied by an adult 18 years and over.
Ticketed entry is from 5-8.30pm last entry to the route is 8.45pm the festival closes at 10pm
