Introduction

Ticketmaster is Ireland's leading ticketing retailer for concerts, theatre, sports and attractions across the country. Ticketmaster's dedicated Group Sales Department provides total sales support for group organisers.

Booking Process

We understand that organizing a large number of people is not always a quick exercise and therefore we make every effort to help. Where possible we can reserve your tickets with no deposit for up to 14 days (depending on the event) before requiring payment. However, this service is not offered within a month of the event. When your reservation is made you will be given a reference number. Once you have finalized numbers in your party, just confirm the actual number of tickets required. If you are unsure to the exact number of tickets you require we always recommend that you reserve the highest number, as it may be difficult to add additional tickets in the same area at a later date. Please note we are unable to cancel a single ticket from a reservation, any cancellations should be greater than 1. Once tickets are confirmed they cannot be exchanged or cancelled. A booking is not deemed as confirmed until payment has been processed and cleared.

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Laser or by cheque. Please note that we require five working days for a cheque to be processed and tickets will not be dispatched until this has elapsed.
