For all secure post bookings where you have paid an additional secure post fee, if you have provided us with an email address you will now receive an email notification of delivery from Ticketmaster.
The email notification will be sent to you to alert you that your tickets are in the dispatch process and it will state approximately when your tickets will be delivered. The email will also contain your Ticketmaster confirmation number, dispatch tracking number and details of how and whom to contact if your tickets fail to arrive within the time stated.
If your tickets are due to be dispatched by Standard Post, you will not receive the email notification of delivery.
Please note that if you have not yet received your tickets and not received any notification of delivery, this may be due to your tickets not yet being dispatched.
The email address in your booking was incorrectly spelt or is missing. Please make sure that when you make a booking either by phone or via Ticketmaster's website that your email address is spelt correctly, so that you can receive the email notification of delivery at a later date.
Please note that if your tickets are dispatched by Secure Post, a signature may be required upon delivery.
