About
Born in Nigeria and raised in Nottingham, the rising star has tapped into something truly special. JERUB’s sonic approach blends the worlds of pop and soul in a way that creates a rousing response in listeners, driven by the anthemic power of his unique and increasingly recognisable vocal. Testament to his talent, JERUB has achieved incredible milestones since signing to Elevate Music two years ago, amassing over 65 million streams, releasing two EPs and captivating audiences with his sold out headline tours, as well as support slots across the UK and Europe for notable artists including, JP Cooper, Gavin James and more recently Tom Walker and Victor Ray.
JERUB has also had an incredible list of TV moments including opening the King’s Coronation Concert on BBC1 with Pete Tongs’ Heritage Orchestra, performing his stand out single ‘There Till The End’ for Children In Need, Who Dares Wins Awards, Comic Relief and D Day on BBC1. JERUB’s naturally effortless style is part of his authentic appeal. “He looks like a star already” is high praise from anyone, let alone from fellow vocal powerhouse Tom Grennan. Listeners have likened the relatability of JERUB’s hits to Tom, as well as Myles Smith, Teddy Swims and Lewis Capaldi. His undeniable ability to seamlessly blend personal, revelatory songwriting with alluring, chart-ready production has put JERUB firmly en route to mainstream success. With an unparalleled ability to connect through music and an ambitious schedule ahead, 2025 is shaping up to be JERUB’s biggest year yet.
