Box Office Hours

Advance telephone bookings on 08703 800 400 09:00 - 20:00 daily. Personal callers from one and a half hours prior to performance start time at the venue; otherwise from the Royal Festival Hall box office 11:00 - 20:00 daily.

Box Office Collection Accepted

Up to half an hour after the performance start time from the box office, otherwise go to the central information desk in the foyer. You must bring the card used to make the booking.

Accessible Seating

Specific spaces for wheelchair users and their carers. Disabled toilets and lift access to all levels available.

General Rules

No cameras, video cameras or audio recording devices. No food allowed in the auditorium. No bottles or cans allowed in the auditorium. No alcohol or illegal substances allowed in the auditorium. Mobile phones must be switched off. Smoking only at the bar. No dress code.

Children Rules

Some events may not be suitable for young children. Babes in arms may not be admitted to classical concerts and some other events. Concession rate varies depending on show. A ticket is required for each child.
