Rail: Stratford station is served by London Underground, DLR, London Overground, National Rail and London's bus network. Cycling: Although bicycles are not allowed into the Olympic Park, cycle parking is available outside Stratford station. Box Office Hours
Box Office opens at the same time as gates open. Gates opening time will be available at www.londonpreparesseries.com in due course.
Box Office Collection Accepted
If tickets are to be collected at an official box office, only the person who bought the tickets may collect them upon presentation of a booking reference number, photographic identification and the payment card used to make the purchase.
Wheelchair spaces must be booked in advance. If you have bought a non-wheelchair ticket but require a wheelchair space, please call Ticketmaster special access phone number 0844 847 1655.
Smoking is not allowed in the venue.
We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience, so there are some things you can’t bring into venues. When you arrive at the venue you will need to go through security checks. If you are carrying any prohibited items they will be taken away and can’t be returned. RESTRICTED ITEMS – are things you can bring into venues, but there are certain restrictions on quantities, size or use while at the venue. This includes: Large flags and banners (over approx. 1m x 2m), flag poles and oversized hats Hunting horns, air horns, rattles, klaxons, drums, vuvuzelas and whistles Any objects or clothing bearing political statements or commercial identification intended for ‘ambush marketing’ Balls, rackets, frisbees or similar objects, large quantities of coins and spray paint Unreasonable quantities of food (that is beyond the equivalent of a small packed lunch) PROHIBITED ITEMS – are things you strictly cannot bring into venues. If you are carrying any of these items when you arrive they will be taken away and can’t be returned. Prohibited items include the following: Glass bottles Liquids in glass bottles (this includes perfume in glass bottles) Liquids in plastic bottles that are larger than 750ml Alcohol Explosive devices and explosive materials Incendiary devices Firearms or any device suspected to be a firearm Ammunition
