Riverdance: Celebrating 30 Breathtaking Years

Riverdance has captivated audiences worldwide with its GRAMMY award-winning music and the passion and energy of its mesmerising choreography and breathtaking performances.

Riverdance 30 – The New Generation celebrates the show’s incredible 30th year milestone, with a special anniversary tour, which comes home to the Gaiety Theatre for the summer season.

The spectacular production rejuvenates the much-loved original show with new innovative choreography and costumes and state of the art lighting, projection and motion graphics and it showcases the new generation of exceptional performers, all of whom were not born when the show began 30 years ago.

Riverdance 30 – The New Generation will play at Gaiety Theatre, Dublin from Thursday 5 June to Sunday 7 September as well as at The SSE Arena, Belfast from 17 - 20 December 2025.

There are shows at 7:30pm each evening from Tuesday to Saturday, at 5pm on Sunday. There is Matinee show is at 3pm every Saturday. The VIP Experience runs each Tuesday, Friday and Saturday at 6:30pm.

Approximately 2 hours & 10 minutes (including 15-minute interval).

Children aged 3 years and older can attend the show with a valid ticket. Children’s tickets are for children aged 3 to 15 years, who must be accompanied by a patron aged 16 or over.

The VIP package begins at 18:30pm and includes the following:

  • Ticket to the show.
  • Watch the cast rotations/ warm-ups.
  • Pre-show question and answer session with cast.
  • See the Riverdance Behind the Scenes video.
  • Exclusive use of the VIP Room pre show and at the interval.
  • Post-show meet and greet for photographs with cast.

The Riverdance Relaxed Family Friendly Show runs at Gaiety Theatre on Sunday 22 June at 1pm. Everyone is welcome to experience Riverdance in a safe, non-judgmental environment. The performance is accessible to a wide range of audiences such as those with autism, those with a learning disability, anyone with a sensory predisposition.

This relaxed performance is classified by the Gaiety Theatre as a “children’s show” so infants aged 2 and under are admitted without a need to purchase a ticket, as no seat will be allocated.
