About

Meet Seb Lowe, the rising British indie star at just 20 years old, leading a band comprised of Kate Couriel on violin, Ben Etches on guitar, Joel Goodwin on drums, and Sam Sumner on bass.

Drawing inspiration from a diverse array of artists including Sinead O’Connor, Led Zeppelin, Arctic Monkeys, Eminem, and David Bowie. Seb's music reflects a blend of their influences. Refusing to confine himself to a single genre, Seb's sound is a rich tapestry woven with elements from each of his inspirations.

With one mini album and several EPs under his belt, Seb has already solidified his position as one of Britain’s most distinctive voices. His music combines powerful social commentary with infectious melodies.

While his songs tackle pressing issues such as societal injustice, Seb's wit, humour, and melodic sensibilities ensure they are delivered with nuance and accessibility. He values the power of words to spark meaningful conversations, even among unlikely participants.

Seb's journey began during the pandemic when he found a platform on TikTok, showcasing his talent in 60-second clips. Despite initial reluctance, he embraced the opportunity to connect with audiences in a new way, refining his craft in bite-sized bursts. Now, Seb has an audience of over 400k and nearly 10 million views, Seb's TikTok presence has become a significant cornerstone of his career, serving as a testament to his ability to captivate and resonate with a wide audience in the digital age.

Seb Lowe and his band recently took to the stage on his second ever headline tour, attracting over 5000 fans across the UK and in some of Britain’s most iconic venues such as O2 Ritz Manchester, Scala in London and The Brudenell Social club in Leeds. With a recently sold-out tour under their belt the band are set for busy summer as they will be opening Reading and Leeds festival’s main stage and also playing at Glastonbury’s iconic left field stage, curated by Billy Bragg, also playing at Scotland’s TRNSMT festival and supporting Blossoms at their biggest ever headline show of 30,000 at Wythenshawe Park in Manchester.
