About The Real Deal Comedy Jam

The multi-comedian urban stand-up comedy show 'The Real Deal Comedy Jam' embarks on a five date UK tour in September and October 2010. The show comes to Birmingham on Saturday 25 September for one night only. 'The Real Deal Comedy Jam' will be showcasing some of the most talented stand-up comedians including, London based comics 'Special P' and 'Axel da Entertainer'. Plus, two comedians from the USA 'Jason Andors', who is one of 'P Diddy's Boys of Comedy' and our headline act and star of the hit Roc-a- Fella/Universal movie 'Paper Soldiers' 'Smokey Suarez'. Compering the night will be MTV's funny man and the 'The Real Deal Comedy Jam's' favourite host, 'Kat B'. This great night of jam packed entertainment will be complimented by live music from our band and a dance performance from one of the UK's hottest dance troupes plus much more.

Kat - Real Deal Comedy Jam host
Spontaneous, funny, charming are just three words you could use to describe Kat. Kat is a rare breed, a naturally funny guy who can perform without a script or a rehearsed set. He literally goes out onto the stage and has fun.

Axel da Entertainer
Axel is the young rising star of the UK comedy scene. Known for his energetic yet confident character his comedy comes with a truthful insight that only a stand up comedian can get away with. Charming and cool, plus hilariously funny.

Special P
Known for using unique expressions and body language from the offset to captivate audiences. He covers a wide range of material from relationships, politics to social behaviour.

Jason Andors(USA) P-Diddy's Bad Boys of Comedy
Jason has made name for himself as a ground breaking and hilarious physical comedian. One of only a few comedians to received a standing ovation at New York's world famous Apollo. One of P-Diddy's Bad Boys of Comedy.

Smokey Suarez(USA) - Def Comedy Jam and Roc-a-fella hit movie 'Paper Soldiers'

Smokey Suarez is one of the top "urban" as well as "mainstream" stand-up comedians in the USA.  To the audience he is a raw, authentic, uncensored comedic beast.  With his raspy, weathered voice and incisive wit, Smokey Suarez is able to blend impeccable comedic timing, clever punch lines, and bold physical comedy into one completely sensational stand-up routine. To put it short, Smokey is a comedic heavyweight.

Adults only.

After the big success in April the Real Deal Comedy Jam (RDCJ) is back with a spectacular four-day tour! The highly acclaimed stand-up comedy show, which has been nominated for ‘Best Production 2009' at the Urban Comedy Awards to grace the stage for the first time in the UK is Tony Woods, whose recent appearances include Comedy Central Presents Tony Woods, Comedy Central USO Tour and Comedy Central World Comedy Tour.

Eddie Kadi has been crowned best newcomer and artist of the year in 2006 and sold out his debut solo show. Since establishing himself on the comedy circuit over the past few years, Kadi has captured the attention and imagination of people from different cultures and backgrounds whilst breaking down stereotypes as a result through his versatile comedy.

Another comedian genius is David Arnold who brings new meaning to the phrase ‘laughter is the best medicine.' He has taken his career into his own hands, so get ready to laugh until you hurt! Based in Los Angeles, Arnold can be seen performing weekly as the Host of The Laugh Factory's Chocolate Sundaes.

You don't find many comedians who make such an explosive impact like Kevin J after being on the comedy circuit for less than two years. Having exploded on the scene after seeing Kojo at the Comedy Funhouse in December 2007 Kevin knew that comedy was his calling.

"We can't get enough of him. We want more!" say Kat's die-hard RDCJ fans. So the RDCJ responded to the demands and brought Kat to compere this spectacular mini tour. Kat B is a quick, quirky and an all-round entertainer who is best known for his antics on "MTV Base", "The Lick Parties" (with Trevor Nelson) and the "Request Shows".
