Middle Abbey Street is the first left off of O'Connell Street when heading from O'Connell Bridge. The venue is on the left hand side, half way down the street at number 57 Middle Abbey Street.
Closest late opening car park is Jervis Street Car Park.
Most buses that stop in the city centre will leave you within a few minutes’ walk of The Academy, nearest bus stops are on O’Connell Street and Bachelors Walk. Bus Aras Bus Station and Connolly Train Station are approximately 15 minutes walk away. Nearest Luas stop is Jervis. Nearest Dublin Bike stations are Jervis Street or O’Connell Street at GPO.

Tickets if not sold out will be available at the venue on the night of the event only. Otherwise all tickets sold in advance via Ticketmaster.

The three venues in The Academy are fully wheelchair accessible, with an elevator installed to look after any patron who requests it. Wheelchair patrons can book General Admission tickets via Ticketmaster, then email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the date & show you will be attending, and we will ensure you are looked after on the night.
Age restriction can vary for each show. If a show is Over 18’s only, passport with up-to-date photo or Gardai ID will be required. All ages shows are usually over 14’s only, however for some shows an adult may be allowed to accompany under 14’s. No alcohol is served at all ages shows.
