About

Since 2018, All Points East have hosted 10 days of creative programming in Tower Hamlets' Victoria Park with a commited emphasis on sustainabilty and community.

In 2019, due to the success of its first year, the event expanded by bringing huge headliners together with brand new artists, multi-genre innovators and the Victoria Park community. The line-up featured The Chemical Brothers, The Strokes, Christine and the Queens, Bring Me The Horizon, Mumford & Sons and Bon Iver.

Incredible headliners were just part of the story with the quality of artists running very deep – such as Primal Scream, The Raconteurs, Hot Chip, Rina Sawayama, James Blake, Kate Tempest and Metronomy were just some of the many guests performing across the stages at All Points East.

Q Magazine awarded All Points East 2019 Festival of the Year.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, All Points East was cancelled for 2020.

In early March 2021, organisers announced the musical festival would return on 27 – 30 August 2021 (moved back three months later than usual) and unveiled the first headliners of the year: Jamie xx and Kano.

London-born Jamie Smith is not only the acclaimed DJ and producer who goes by Jamie xx, but he's also one-third of The xx. Known for his groundbreaking solo music and carefully curated remixes, he'll take to the All Points East stage on Saturday 28 August 2021.

Trailblazing London artist Kano, who emerged during the mid 2000s as one of the UK’s most skilled MCs also tops the bill that night. Establishing his name with underground hits such as 2004's P's And Q's, Kano went on to release such huge albums as 2005's Home Sweet Home2016's Made In Manor and 2019's Hoodies All Summer

Rounding out the line-up on 28 August 2021 is Tom Misch, Slowthai, Little Simz, Arlo Parks, Nubya Garcia, Pa Salieu, Romy and many more.

More headliners and artists are still to be announced for the rest of the August Bank Holiday weekend.
