All American Rejects Tyson Ritter and Nick Wheeler first met in high school, where they formed their first band. After numerous personell changes, they released their self titled debut album in 2002, scoring hits with tracks like Don't Leave Me (written just before the departure of an original band member), Swing Swing and My Paper Heart.
